Moreover, it engages in the contracting, maintenance, repair and development of electro-mechanical devices.

Formally organized in August of 1998, Aboitiz Energy Solutions, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aboitiz Equity Ventures (AEV), a major group in power generation and distribution in the Philippines.
